IMPORTANT: We do NOT use your Input Text or Output Text to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt-in to such use.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Users)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Processing your text content through our Service, sending marketing communications, using non-essential cookies.
- Contract Performance (Article 6(1)(b)): Creating and managing your account, processing payments, providing the humanization Service.

4. Data Retention

- Content Data (Input and Output Text): For registered users, stored in your history until you delete it or close your account. For non-registered users, deleted within 24 hours of processing. You may delete your history at any time through your account settings.
- Payment Records: For 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Usage Data: For 26 months from collection.
- Support Communications: For 3 years from resolution.
