Terms of Service

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are stated in USD. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date or we terminate your account.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@humantext.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Subscription Term: Your subscription and any associated payments are valid only for the duration of the Company's active operations. We do not guarantee that your subscription will last for the full subscription period.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided unless required by law. A refund of credits is only available if a submission provably scores less than 75% human on a reputable AI detector (GPTZero, Turnitin, Originality.ai). Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the incident and include documented evidence.

EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your withdrawal right, email support@humantext.pro with subject "EU Withdrawal Request" including your name, email, and purchase date.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text you submit to our Service ("Input Text") and the processed results ("Output Text"). We claim no ownership over your content.

License Grant to Us: By submitting content to our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content to provide the Service, store your content for your humanization history, and create temporary copies as necessary for technical processing. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory, contains malware, viruses, or harmful code, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FLISTONE TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service, or use our trademarks without written permission.

Output Quality: While we strive to provide high-quality humanization, we do not guarantee that Output Text will meet your specific expectations, be suitable for any particular purpose, be free from errors or imperfections, or achieve any specific detection score.

AI Training Disclosure: We do NOT use your Input Text or Output Text to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt-in to such use through your account settings.

Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through account settings or contacting support@humantext.pro.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, we may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements), and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including Sections 8, 12, 13, and 15).

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@humantext.pro to attempt informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Jurisdiction: For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide for alternative forums.

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending email notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Electronic Communications: By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
