Do you store my files?⌄
No. Files are analyzed in-memory and discarded the moment the verdict returns. Nothing is kept on our servers, nothing is used for training. Your uploads are never shared with third parties.
How accurate is the detector?⌄
Detection results are an algorithmic estimate, not a definitive judgment. Accuracy varies significantly by media type, generator, and how heavily the content has been edited or post-processed — leading detectors generally perform well on known generators but accuracy can drop on novel models. We show a confidence score with every result and recommend corroborating critical verdicts with other signals (metadata, source provenance, context). No AI detector is perfect.
What's the difference between a deepfake and an AI image?⌄
An AI image is fully generated from scratch by a model like Midjourney or DALL-E. A deepfake is a real photo or video modified to swap faces, voices, or movements — often to impersonate a real person. Our detector flags both: it tells you whether the content was AI-generated AND whether a real photo has been edited.
